Processes that facilitates quick reactions and a reduced administrative load, Solva-Flex service visits are designed for service visits that do not require a detailed onsite functional analysis. They are made exclusively by remote maintenance and apply a wide range of specific adaptations that have been previously defined.

Our customers receive a capital of credits that they can consume as they require during the contract period. Each request debits this capital and our customers are informed of their remaining balance. This controls spending and keeps costs down.
