Pierre-Alain Schnegg - CEO

Pierre-Alain Schnegg is the co-founder of Pro-Concept in 1987.

After occupying different positions in the company, he became the CEO in 2001. In 2004, Ernst and Young rewarded his almost 20 years of hard work with the prestigious Entrepreneur of the year award.

From 2007 to 2009, he was the Managing Director of the Upper-mid market division at Sage Suisse.

Pierre-Alain Schnegg has an IT Management diploma and an MBA from the University of Geneva.


Vincent aubry - CFO

Vincent Aubry started his career as an analyst in the IT and organization department of a large Swiss insurance group. In 1990, he joined Pro-Concept as project manager. He has been a member of the board of directors since 1996, he has been in charge of both the quality assurance and Human Resources.

From 2000 onwards he has been the Financial Director.


Vincent Aubry has an IT management diploma from the Bienne engineering school. In addition to his training as an engineer, he has further education qualifications in Finance from the University of Neuchâtel and Total Quality Management from the EPFL in Lausanne.


Emmanuel Orillard - COO

With a general engineering background, Emmanuel Orillard started his career in a large European food-processing industry company. Since 2001, he has occupied different sales and service positions in Pro-Concept.

From 2008 onwards, he became part of the board of directors of Sage Pro-Concept, which became SolvAxis.

Emmanuel Orillard has an MBA from the IE, in Madrid.

Stéphane Portenier - Customer Services Director

After starting his career as an IT technician in the Kraft group, Stéphane Portenier joined Pro-Concept in 1994. He has been a consultant, Project manager and was named Consulting Manager in 1999. Since 2008 he has been on the board of directors of Sage Pro-Concept, which became SolvAxis, acting as Customer Services Director.

Stéphane Portenier has an IT management diploma from the University of Neuchâtel.

Hugues Monnier - Product Director

Hugues Monnier has over 10 years experience in positions linked to  IT architecture and software development.
Since 2009 he has been on the board of directors of Sage Pro-Concept, which became SolvAxis.

Hugues Monnier has diplomas in Experimental Biology and Mathematics from the University of Neuchâtel. These were completed by and Executive MBA in Integrated Managment from the HEG in Fribourg (2005-2008).

Thomas Rodel - Director for German Speaking Switzerland

Thomas Rodel has over 12 years experience as an IT project manager (of which 10 were spent at SolvAxis).
He has been the Director for German speaking Switzerland since 2009.

Thomas Rodel has a federal diploma in IT. In 2010, he completed a MAS in Information and Process Management  from the Haute Ecole in Lucerne.

Patrik Hug - Sales and Marketing Director

As soon as his IT technician diploma was finished, Patrik Hug launched himself into a highly successful sales career where he was quickly rewarded with different management positions. After several account management roles, he was named as region manager for a well known large Swiss IT company in Switzerland.
 
Patrik Hug joined the board of directors at SolvAxis in 2011 and is currently undertaking an MBA.
